Calculating your Exercise Heart Rate Zone is not difficult. But before we begin, what's Exercise Heart Rate Zone?

Exercise Heart Rate Zone is the range of heart beat your heart is suppose to reach when you're exercising particularly doing aerobic exercises.

When your heart is beating below the Heart Rate Zone, means your working is not going to give good results. If your heart beats over the upper limits of the Heart Rate Zone, it's gonna danger your life. Your heart might overloads and you might just collapse.

So, how do you actually calculate your Exercise Heart Rate Zone?

First, find out your Maximum Heart Rate. This is how much your heart can take.

?????????? Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - Age

?????????? Ex.
?????????????????????? Age = 23
?????????????????????? Maximum Heart Rate = 220 - 23
?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? = 197

?????????? Exercise Heart Rate Zone = between 65% - 85% of Maximum Heart Rate
?????????? Lower Limits = 197 x 0.65
??????????????????????????????????????????????????= 128

????????????Upper Limits = 197 x 0.85
???????????????????????????????????????????????? = 167

?????????? Exercise Heart Rate Zone = between 128 to 167 times per minute
